Seçil Yaylalı

Seçil Yaylalı is one of the founders of PASAJ, Istanbul based artist initiative that runs an independent project space. PASAJ hosts socially engaged art projects, do workshops, organizes artist talks, runs an artist residency program. It aims to create opportunities for local and international artists.

PASAJ was founded in 2010 in a pasaj/venue (shopping mall) on Istiklal Street (was named PASAJ ist), then move to Galata, Tarlabasi and Karaköy. Each time it locates in a new place PASAJ invites artists to create projects connected to its surrounding.  From April 2022 on it will be located in Barinhan.
